通过对攀钢4号高炉在经济炉料结构条件下提高喷煤比的工业生产数据进行了统计分析,研究在经济冶炼背景下提高煤比对攀钢高炉操作的影响,并计算出当前煤焦价格下攀钢高炉最经济的喷煤比为149.9kg/t。

This paper makes a statistical analysis of the industrial production data of improving the coal injection ratio of No.4 blast furnace in economic furnace structure,and studies the effect of improving coal ratio on the operation of climbing blast furnace in the background of economic smelting.The most economical coal injection ratio of Pansteel blast furnace at the current coking price is 149.9 kg/t.
