碱铜和优质油脂对热应激条件下断奶仔猪生长性能和血液特性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of basic copper chloride and high quality fat on growth performance and blood characteristics of weaned pigs under heat stress

摘要 试验目的是在无热应激和有热应激条件下,评估碱式氯化铜和优质油脂对改善断奶仔猪的生长性能和血液特性,减少腹泻的效果。选择160只断奶体重为6.14±0.90 kg的仔猪,采用2×2因子设计试验,猪只随机分为4个组(每组4个重复,每个重复10头),试验日粮为0和100 mg/kg碱铜×0和50 g/kg优质油脂,试验开展40 d后,将环境温度从24℃升高至32℃以创建一个轻微的热应激。分别在14、28、40、44 d收集血液样本用于分析血清生化指标。结果 :碱铜和优质油脂对1~14 d平均日采食量的影响具有显著交互作用(P <0.05)。对照组日粮添加50 g/kg优质油脂显著提高了猪的采食量(P <0.05)。100 mg/kg碱铜组较0 mg/kg铜组显著提高了15~28 d、1~40 d以及1~44 d平均日采食量(P <0.05),同时也显著提高了15~28 d平均日增重和末重(P <0.05),而50 g/kg优质油脂组显著改善了猪的饲料报酬(P <0.05)。碱铜组较无铜添加组显著降低了15~28 d、1~40 d和1~44 d猪粪便高评分的频率(P <0.05)。日粮添加100 mg/kg碱铜显著提高了血清白蛋白浓度(P <0.05)、显著降低了TNF-α水平(P <0.05)。综上所述,断奶仔猪日粮添加碱铜在有或无优质油脂添加的情况下可以降低仔猪的腹泻率、改善生长性能。 The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of basic copper chloride and high quality fat on improving growth performance and blood characteristics and reducing diarrhea in weaned piglets without and without heat stress.A total of 160 weaning weight of 6.14±0.90 kg of piglets,adopting 2×2 factorial design,the pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups(each group of four repeat,repeat each 10 head),test the diet of 0 and 100 mg/kg basic copper chloride x 0 and 50 g/kg oil with good quality and test in 40 d,the environment temperature from 24℃rise to 32℃to create a slight heat stress.Blood samples were collected on 14,28,40 and 44 days for analysis of serum biochemical indicators.Results:there was significant interaction between basic copper chloride and high quality oil on average daily food intake from 1 to 14 days(P<0.05).The control diet add 50 g/kg high quality oils significantly improved the pig feed intake(P<0.05).Compared with the 0 mg/kg copper group,the 100 mg/kg basic copper chloride group significantly increased the average daily food intake on 15-28 d,1-40 d and 1-44 d(P<0.05),and also significantly increased the average daily gain and final weight on 15-28 d(P<0.05),while the 50 g/kg high quality oil group significantly improved the feed remuneration of pigs(P<0.05).The frequency of pig faeces high score on 15~28 d,1~40 d and 1~44 d was significantly lower in the basic copper chloride group than that in the non-copper addition group(P<0.05).Dietary supplementation with 100 mg/kg of basic copper significantly increased serum albumin concentration(P<0.05)and significantly decreased TNF-a level(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary addition of basic copper chloride to weaned piglets can reduce diarrhea rate and improve growth performance of piglets with or without high-quality oil addition.
