灵芝细胞外多糖对育肥猪生长性能和血液指标的影响

Effects of extracellular polysaccharides of Ganoderma lucidum on the growth performance and blood index of finisher pigs

文章旨在评价灵芝细胞外多糖(EPG)对育肥猪生长性能和血液指标的影响。试验选择100头体重为(53.13±0.46)kg的生长猪,随机分为4组,试验1、2、3组分别在对照组基础饲粮的基础上添加0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的EPG,试验分为两个阶段,分别持续35 d。试验结果 :与对照组相比,EPG处理对育肥猪体重无显著影响(P> 0.05)。在0~35 d阶段,EPG处理组生长性能无显著变化(P> 0.05);35~70 d阶段,试验1、2、3组育肥猪ADG分别显著增加7.2%、9.5%、8.3%(P <0.05),在整个试验期间,试验2组ADG显著增加7.4%(P <0.05),其余生长指标与对照组无显著差异(P> 0.05)。此外,与对照组相比,试验1、2、3组育肥猪血浆中IgG浓度分别增加20.1%、36.1%、25.5%(P <0.05),IL-2浓度增加16.6%、23.3%、14.4%(P <0.05),球蛋白浓度显著增加10.4%、13.0%、13.8%(P <0.05),甘油三脂浓度显著降低10.9%、28.1%、17.2%(P <0.05)。试验2、3组育肥猪血浆中白蛋白和球蛋白的比值分别较对照组降低12.4%、11.5%(P <0.05),LDL-C浓度分别显著降低12.8%、11.1%(P <0.05),试验2组血浆中总胆固醇较对照组显著降低9.2%(P <0.05)。表明饲粮中添加EPG显著促进育肥猪生长,改善血液指标和免疫功能,添加量为0.2%时效果最佳。

This study was designed to evaluate the effects of Ganoderma lucidum extracellular polysaccharides on growth performance and blood parameters of finishing pigs.100 growing pigs weighing(53.13±0.46)kg were divided into 4 groups.In the test groups 1,2 and 3,0.1%,0.2%,and 0.3%Ganoderma lucidum extracellular polysaccharides were added to the basic diet of the control group.The test was divided into two stages,which lasted for 35 days.Results:Ganoderma lucidum extracellular polysaccharide treatment had no significant effect on the weight of finishing pigs.In the 0-35 d stage,there were no significant changes in growth performance in the EPG treatment group;in the 35-70 d stage,the ADG of the finishing pigs in groups 1,2,and 3 higher by 7.2%,9.5%,and 8.3%(P<0.05),during the whole experiment period,the group 2 ADG higher by 7.4%(P<0.05).In addition,the serum IgG content in the pigs of the1,2,3groups higher by 20.1%,36.1%,25.5%(P<0.05),and the IL-2 content higher by 16.6%,23.3%,14.4%(P<0.05),globulin content higher by 10.4%,13.0%,13.8%(P<0.05),and TGA content lower by 10.9%,28.1%,and 17.2%,(P<0.05).The albumin/globulin in the serum of groups 1,2 were lower by 12.4%and 11.5%(P<0.05),and the LDL-C content were lower by 12.8%and 11.1%(P<0.05).The total cholesterol in the group 2 was 9.2%lower than that in the control(P<0.05).It indicated that the addition of Ganoderma lucidum extracellular polysaccharide to the diet significantly promoted the growth of fattening pigs and improved blood index and immune function.The best effect was obtained when the dosage was 0.2%.
