摘要
针对2011年购置的荷兰PANalytical(帕纳科)公司的波长色散型PW4400X射线荧光光谱仪,在过去几年使用过程中出现的一些故障和原因进行了梳理分析,并制定了合理的故障应对措施和维护保养方法,以确保仪器设备的长期稳定运行。
In this paper,some faults and reasons of the wavelength dispersive PW4400 X-ray fluorescence spectrometer purchased in 2011 by PANalytic(Panaco)Company of the Netherlands in the past few years are analyzed,and reasonable countermeasures and maintenance methods are worked out to ensure the length of the instrument and equipment.Stable operation period.
