川崎病(Kawasaki Disease,KD)是一种全身性血管炎,主要特征是免疫系统的活化和全身血管内皮细胞广泛的损伤。血液脂肪细胞因子作为炎症因子参与了川崎病的全身血管炎,尤其是冠状动脉病变。本文对各脂肪细胞因子与川崎病相关研究进行综述。

Kawasaki disease is a systemic vasculitis characterized by activation of the immune system and extensive damage to systemic vascular endothelial cells.As an inflammatory factor,adipocytokines participate in systemic vasculitis of Kawasaki disease,especially coronary artery disease.We reviewed the relationship between adipocytokines and Kawasaki disease.
