脑微出血与头颈部动脉粥样硬化相关性研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脑微出血(CMBs)作为一种亚临床脑实质损害疾病,其与脑白质疏松、腔隙性脑梗死等均为脑小血管病的重要表现。近年来国内外研究发现,CMBs在脑血管病及一般人群中有较高的发病率,并且与脑血管病的发生有密切联系。早期发现CMBs可能对脑血管病的预防、治疗及预后有重要的临床意义,并且随着磁敏感加权成像(SWI)的运用,极大的提高了临床中CMBs的检出。高血压病、糖尿病、血脂异常、动脉粥样硬化等因素均证实与CMBs发生的相关,现就CMBs与头颈部动脉粥样硬化的相关性及其可能的发生机制进行综述。
