利用微媒体开展大学生思想政治教育的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis of the College Students’ Ideological and Political Education by Using the Micro-Media

微媒体作为深受大学生青睐的社会化媒体,对大学生思想政治教育产生了较大的影响。利用微媒体开展大学生思想政治教育既有实现教育信息快速传播、拓展教育空间、丰富教育内容、创新教育载体、增强教育效果的优势,又有娱乐化倾向影响教育目标的实现、信息的海量性增大“把关人”的“把关”难度、过载的信息影响教育者获取有价值的反馈信息的劣势;既有拓宽了教育者与教育对象沟通的渠道、构建了大学校园平等和谐的人际环境、提供了取之不尽的教育资源的机会,也存在挑战思想政治教育工作者的主导地位、产生了更加复杂的思想政治教育环境、对传统的思想政治教育载体带来挑战等一些威胁。各有关部门和思想政治教育工作者应当充分发挥微媒体的优势,尽可能避免其劣势;充分利用微媒体为大学生思想政治教育带来的各种机会,尽可能消除其威胁,从而切实将微媒体打造为大学生思想政治教育的新载体、新平台和新阵地。

As a social media favored by college students,the micro-media has an important impact on ideological and political education for the college students.The use of micro-media to carry out ideological and political education for college students has both advantages and disadvantages.The advantages include realizing the rapid dissemination of educational information,expanding the educational space,enriching the educational content,innovating the educational carrier and enhancing the educational effect;the disadvantages include the tendency of entertainment to affect the realization of educational goals,the magnanimity of information to increase the difficulty of"gatekeeper",and overloaded information impede educators’selecting of valuable feedback information.In addition,micro-media brings for us many opportunities as well as threats.It broadens the channels of communication between educators and educational objects,constructs an equal and harmonious interpersonal environment on university campuses,and provides opportunities for inexhaustible educational resources.At the same time,it also challenges the dominant position of ideological and political educators,produces a much more complex environment for ideological and political education,and brings challenges to the traditional carrier of ideological and political education.All relevant departments and ideological and political educators should give full play to the advantages of micro-media,avoid their disadvantages as far as possible,make full use of the opportunities that micro-media brings to the ideological and political education of college students,and eliminate their threats as far as possible,and make it a new carrier,a new platform and a new position for college students'ideological and political education.
