As effective strength for development of regional science and technology,science and technology enterprises have the characteristics of strong adaptability,great development potential and flexible innovation and development.The development status of science and technology enterprises in China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city are analyzed and studied,their achievements and existing problems are summarized,and the development countermeasures for the problems are proposed,which provides a reference for promoting regional innovation and entrepreneurship in the later stage.
