醛加氢催化剂制备和分析

摘要 丁辛醇制备中装填的催化剂在实际生产中出现了热点温度偏移的问题,通过对自制催化剂与工业催化剂物理性能数据的测试,讨论催化剂装填前采用物理测试来检测催化剂物理性能的必要性,进而指导企业选购合格的催化剂,提高催化剂使用效率和寿命。 The problem of hot spot temperature shift occurred in the production process of the catalyst loaded in the production of butanol and octanol.The physical properties of self-made catalysts and industrial catalysts were tested.The necessity of using physical tests to detect the physical properties of the catalyst before catalyst loading is discussed,so as to instruct enterprises to purchase qualified catalysts and improve the service efficiency and service life of the catalysts.
