基于实测数据的轨道整正方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 铁路长期运营期间,由于列车对轨道产生的持续性冲击作用以及地面沉降等因素的存在,铁路轨道会出现部分偏移甚至整体偏移现象。如果在整体偏移的情况下对偏差轨枕按照初始设计数据调整,就会大大增加调整难度与调整成本。针对这种现象,研究在没有线路设计数据的情况下,基于实测数据迭代拟合整体线形,设定阈值控制拟合偏差,反算出偏差相对最小模拟设计数据,并采用多项式拟合的方法自动计算得到轨道基准轨与非基准轨调整量方案。通过实验分析验证,结果表明该方法能够基于实测数据得到满足规范要求的轨道整正方案。 During the long-term operation of the railway,there will be continuous impact of the train on the track and ground subsidence.The railway track will be partially offset or even offset.If the deviation sleeper is adjusted according to the initial design data under the overall offset,the adjustment difficulty and adjustment cost will be greatly increased.In view of this phenomenon,this paper studied the iterative fitting of the overall line shape based on the measured data without the line design data,setting the threshold control fitting deviation,inversely calculating the relative minimum simulation design data,and adopting the polynomial fitting method.The track reference track and non-reference track adjustment plan were automatically calculated.The experimental results show that the proposed method can obtain the orbital correction scheme that meets the requirements of the specification based on the measured data.
