玻璃纤维水泥改良土劈裂抗拉强度试验研究 被引量:17

摘要 为研究玻璃纤维的加筋效果,开展玻璃纤维水泥改良土劈裂抗拉强度试验。研究纤维掺量为0,1‰,2‰,3‰和4‰,纤维长度3,6,9和12 mm、水泥掺量1%,3%,5%,7%和9%和养护龄期3,7,14,28和60 d等4个影响因素对玻璃纤维水泥改良土劈裂抗拉强度的影响。研究结果表明,玻璃纤维水泥改良土的劈裂抗拉强度随着纤维掺量和纤维长度的增大而先增大后减小,最优纤维掺量为2‰,最优纤维长度为6 mm。玻璃纤维水泥改良土劈裂抗拉强度随着水泥掺量和养护龄期的增大而增大;玻璃纤维水泥改良土劈裂抗拉强度对应的应变随着纤维掺量的增大而增大,而随着水泥掺量和养护龄期的增大而减小。 In order to study the reinforcement effect of glass fiber,the split tensile strength test of glass fiber cement improved soil was carried out.The effects of fiber content 0,1‰,2‰,3‰and 4‰,fiber length 3,6,9 and 12 mm,cement content 1%,3%,5%and 9%,curing age 3,7,14,28 and 60 d on the tensile strength of glass fiber cement improved soil were studied.The results show that the tensile strength of glass fiber cement improved soil increases at first and then decreases with the increase of fiber content and fiber length.The optimum fiber content is 2‰and the optimal fiber length is 6 mm.The tensile strength of glass fiber cement improved soil increases with the increase of cement content and curing age,and the strain corresponding to the split tensile strength of glass fiber cement improved soil increases with the increase of fiber content,but decreases with the increase of cement content and curing age.
