摘要
研究了果糖在1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([C4mim]Cl)、1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([Amim]Cl)、1-羟乙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([C2OHmim]Cl)以及1-氯乙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([C2Clmim]Cl)四种非酸性离子液体中脱水制备5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)的性能。结果发现非酸性功能化离子液体([Amim]Cl、[C2OHmim]Cl和[C2Clmim]Cl中果糖脱水制备HMF的性能远高于[C4mim]Cl,在较温和的条件下即可实现果糖完全转化,HMF的产率均在95%以上,并呈现出较好的重复使用性能。非酸性功能化离子液体循环使用5次后,果糖脱水转化为HMF的性能均没有明显下降。
The non-catalytic dehydration of fructose into 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)is studied in four kinds of non-acidic ionic liquids,viz.,[C4mim]Cl,[Amim]Cl,[C2OHmim]Cl,and[C2Clmim]Cl.It is found that the non-acidic functionalized ionic liquid[Amim]Cl,[C2OHmim]Cl,and[C2Clmim]Cl show much better performance for dehydration of fructose into HMF than[C4mim]Cl,achieving full conversion of fructose at mild conditions,with more than 95%of HMF yield.These non-acidic functionalized ionic liquids also show satisfied reusability,and could be recycled for 5 times without the significant decrease in fructose dehydration efficiency.
