摘要
心理契约在组织关系与营销领域都有延伸与发展,但基于组织关系与营销情境两领域对比研究的相关文献综述尚付阙如。为此,将心理契约关于组织关系与营销情境两领域的重要文献进行梳理,对比两领域研究现状,总结现有研究特点与不足,并提出心理契约领域的未来研究方向。
Psychological contract has been extended and developed in the field of organizational relationship and marketing,but the related literature review based on the comparative study of organizational relationship and marketing is still insufficient.Therefore,based on the two perspectives of organizational relationship and marketing situation,this paper analyzes and compares the important literatures in the field of psychological contract,summarizing the research hotspots in this field,pointing out the existing research features and shortcomings as well as the future research direction in this field.
