摘要
建筑业所消耗的能源及产生的温室气体排放已经引起社会的广泛关注。在能源危机与全球气候变化的背景下,人们愈加认识到实施可持续发展的重要性。为了降低建筑能耗和建筑碳排放,人们提出了许多新的建筑设计理念与建筑能耗控制方法。本文从建筑生命周期的角度有序地梳理了建筑各个阶段的能耗与碳排放控制方法,然后提出从建筑全生命周期的角度来控制建筑的能耗和碳排放,从而建造低能耗与低碳建筑,践行可持续发展理念。
The energy consumed by the construction industry and the greenhouse gas emissions have attracted extensive attention of the society. In the context of energy crisis and global climate change, people increasingly recognize the importance of sustainable development. In order to reduce building energy consumption and building carbon emission, many new building design concepts and building energy consumption control methods are put forward. This paper combs the control methods of energy consumption and carbon emission in each stage of the building life cycle in an orderly manner, and then puts forward to control the energy consumption and carbon emission of the building from the point of view of the whole life cycle of the building, so as to build low energy consumption and low carbon buildings and practice the concept of sustainable development.
