土楼再创，隐旧于新——浅析城中村住宅设计中土楼原型的应用模式

Re-creation of Tulou and Hidden Old from New——Analysis on the Application Mode of Tulou Prototype in Residential Design of Urban Villages

随着现代城市化的急剧变革,城中村住宅中本土文化丢失、城市肌理断裂、空间环境恶化等问题逐步显现。土楼是客家移民在漫长历史中演化出的民居建筑形式,蕴含着浓厚充盈的土楼文化,成为城中村住宅值得参考借鉴的典范。本文选取土楼为研究原型,挖掘了传统民居土楼特征,进而从城市关系布局和单体设计理念方面,探索城中村住宅中土楼原型的应用模式。

With the rapid revolution in modern urbanization,problems such as loss of local culture,breakage of urban texture and deterioration of space environment in urban villages have gradually emerged.Tulou is a form of residential architecture evolved by Hakka immigrants in a long history.It contains a rich culture,and has become a model worthy of reference for the urban villages.This paper selects Tulou as research prototype,and analyses the characteristics of traditional Tulou.On this basis,the paper explores the application mode of Tulou prototype in the urban villages based on the aspects of urban relations layout and monomer design idea.
