建筑工程地下室后浇带设置与施工技术探究

合理设计后浇带可提高地下室建设的安全性,减少地面沉降、混凝土开裂等问题的风险。本文结合后浇带施工的重要性,讨论了模板设置、间距设计、材料选择、缝隙处理、养护措施、防水处理、浇筑顺序、封闭时间等技术要点,为加快地下室后浇带的施工效率,维护建筑工程的整体质量提供参考意见。

Reasonable design of post-casting zone can improve the safety of basement construction and reduce the risks of ground settlement and concrete cracking.Combining with the importance of the construction of post-casting zone,this paper discusses the main technical points of formwork setting,spacing design,material selection,gap treatment,maintenance measures,waterproof treatment,pouring sequence,sealing time,etc.in order to improve the construction efficiency of the basement post-casting zone and provide a reference for maintaining the overall quality of the construction project.
