基于人居环境科学理论的城市区域活化——以昆明市米轨沿线麻园片区城市节点设计为例

The Urban Regional Activation Based on the Theory of Sciences of Human Settlements——A Case of the Design of the Urban Node in Mayuan District Along the Meter Track of Kunming

随着昆明城市用地的发展扩张,曾经作为城市边界的米轨途经区域被城市包裹其中,其实用价值逐渐被削弱,城市与铁路的矛盾日益突出。针对该地段存在的问题,需要结合人居环境科学理论,从生态角度、生活层面、区域秩序等多方面,探讨空间秩序重构策略,促进城市环境可持续发展。

Along with the expansion of the urban land in Kunming,the district of the meter track,once belonging to the city boundary,was covered by the city.Its practical value has been gradually weakened,and the contradiction between the urban and the railway is becoming more and more prominent.Aiming at the problems in this district,we need to use the theory of Sciences of Human Settlements as the guidance to discuss the reconstruction strategy of the urban space order from the aspects of the ecology,life and regional order,etc.so as to promote the sustainable development of urban environment.
