Quality Control Measures for Concrete Construction Process of Highway and Bridge

随着我国经济的发展,新一轮基础设施建设不断加快,各地公路桥梁施工不断增多,极大提高了道路交通通达水平。公路桥梁工程非常复杂,施工周期长,前后投入大,影响施工质量的因素非常多,其中,混凝土施工工艺就是一个关键点。本篇文章主要是对混凝土施工工艺质量问题出现的原因进行了分析,并结合混凝土质量、预应力管道安装等7个方面,对怎样提高质量控制水平进行了分析,对于加强公路桥梁建设具有重要意义。

With the development of our country’s economy,a new round of infrastructure construction is accelerating,and the construction of roads and bridges throughout the country is increasing,which greatly improves the road traffic accessibility.Highway and bridge engineering is very complicated,the construction period is long and the investment is large.There are many factors affecting the construction quality,of which,concrete construction technology is a key.This paper mainly analyzes the causes for the quality problems of the concrete construction process,and discusses how to improve the quality control level from seven aspects including the quality of concrete and the installation of prestressed pipelines,etc.,which is of great significance for strengthening the construction of highway and bridge.
