国际工程商务风险的预判与防控分析

Analysis on Prediction, Prevention and Control of International Engineering Business Risk

当前,我国企业在承包工程方面业务量逐渐增加,促使企业走出国门,各种国际项目数量逐渐增加,随之而来的是各种商务风险事件的发生,使企业造成巨大损失。本文从投标、合同、实施三方面阐述国际工程承包企业对商务风险的预判方式,并针对具体问题提出规避投标风险、合同风险、实施风险,建立完善的管理制度等风险防控措施。

Currently,the projects contracted by Chinese enterprises have increased gradually,which promotes the enterprises to go abroad.With the increasing of international projects,a variety of business risk events also occur,resulting in huge losses for enterprises.This paper elaborates the way of predicting business risks by international engineering contracting enterprises from three aspects including bidding,contract and implementation.In view of the specific problems,this paper puts forward several risk prevention and control measures,such as avoiding bidding risk,contract risk and implementing risk,establishing sound management system,and so on.
