Safety and Civilized Construction Management of Construction Engineering

现今,建筑施工企业就工程项目实现安全文明施工管理,深入项目施工各个方面,从施工材料、施工人员、施工监督等方面落实。本文对建筑工程安全文明施工管理中存在的问题进行分析,提出相应的改进策略,旨在为建筑企业管理工作的改进发挥一定的借鉴作用。

Nowadays,the construction enterprises need to implement the safety and civilized construction management deeply into various aspects from construction materials,construction personnel to construction supervision and other aspects.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the construction safety and civilized construction management,this paper proposes corresponding improvement strategy,aiming at providing a reference for the improvement of construction enterprise management.
