高校基建工程造价的全过程控制研究

Research on the Whole Process Control of Infrastructure Construction Cost in Colleges and Universities

伴随着高校教育的发展,高校人员、高校数量、失修高校楼、实验楼、图书馆、水电完善等因素对高校基建工作造成了较高压力,高校工程管理人员应当在节约生产、高效生产、精细化管理等理念引导下,加强高校基建工程造价全过程管理,更好地促进高校基建工作的推行。鉴于此,本文首先探讨了高校基建工程中,影响到造价费用的因素,之后就如何加强全过程控制进行策略探究。

With the development of college education,many factors,such as the college students,the number of colleges and universities,disrepaired university buildings,experimental buildings,libraries,and hydropower improvement,etc.have exerted great pressure on the infrastructure construction in colleges and universities.Under the guidance of the concept of saving production,efficient production and refined management,it is necessary for the engineering management personnel in colleges and universities to strengthen the whole process management of the infrastructure engineering costs in colleges and universities so as to better promote the implementation of infrastructure construction in colleges and universities.In view of this,this paper first discusses the factors affecting the costs of construction in university infrastructure projects,and then explores the strategy to strengthen the whole process control.
