乡村旅游地社区居民旅游影响感知研究——以河南省洛阳市重渡沟为例

A Study on the Perception of Tourism Impact of Community Residents in Rural Tourist Destinations: A Case Study of Chongdugou

社区居民是乡村旅游发展过程中的重要利益相关者,其旅游影响感知对当地旅游的发展具有举足轻重的作用。现通过问卷调查,运用因子分析对重渡沟社区居民的旅游影响感知进行调查分析。最后结合重渡沟旅游发展的实际情况,针对政府、社区居民以及景区管理部门提出加强居民的学习与培训;切实维护居民权利以保障利益均衡;加强管理并注重生态环境保护;完善价格监管机制;提高文化影响感知等促进重渡沟景区可持续发展的建议。

Community residents are important stakeholders in the development of rural tourism,and their perception of tourism impact plays an important role in the development of local tourism.Through questionnaire survey and factor analysis,this paper investigates and analyzes the perception of tourism impact of residents in Chongdugou community.The research results show that the residents'perception of tourism impact is mainly reflected in the six aspects of“living environment quality”,“public and employment”,“environmental benefit”,“resident self-efficacy”,“social culture and entertainment”and“economic cost”.“Public and employment”and“resident self-efficiency”scored the highest,and“environmental benefit”scored the lowest.Finally,in combination with the actual situation of the tourism development of Chongdugou,the government,community residents and scenic area management departments are proposed to promote the sustainable development of the Chongdugou scenic spot.
