新疆塔城地区护士职业满意度调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解塔城地区二甲级及以上医院护士的职业满意度情况,进而了解塔城地区护理人才的需求。方法在塔城地区7家二甲级及以上医院的护理人员中,采取随机的方式抽取250人进行问卷调查。结果护士职业满意度不高、收入低、工作量大、职业认同感不高、地位低是影响护士职业满意度的关键因素。结论增加护理人员编制,提高薪资待遇,以吸引护理人才落户塔城地区。
