林业院校大学生创业意愿影响因素研究——南京林业大学为例

A Study on the Influencing Factors of College Students’ Institutional Willingness in Forestry——Taking Nanjing Forestry University As An Example

创业是解决大学生就业的重要途径,作为尚未职业化的群体,大学生创业意愿的形成具有自身特点。通过对大学生创业意愿影响因素的研究发现,创业主观规范对大学生创业意愿的影响最大,而创业的可行性感知影响最小,代表创业倾向的创业态度影响居中。说明大学生更易受到周围环境的影响,对此从政府、学校等方面提出了要为大学生们提供更强有力的制度保障、提供多样化的创业教育及创业模拟活动等建议。

Entrepreneurship is an important way to solve the employment of college students. As a group that has not been professionalized, the formation of college students’ entrepreneurial will has its own characteristics. It is found that the subjective norms of entrepreneurship had the greatest influence on college students’ entrepreneurial willingness, through the research on the influencing factors of college students’ entrepreneurial will, while the entrepreneurial feasibility perception had the least impact, and the entrepreneurial attitude representing entrepreneurial tendencies was centered. It showed that college students were more susceptible to the surrounding environment. In this regard, the government, schools and other aspects have proposed to provide more powerful institutional guarantees for college students, provide diversified entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial simulation activities.
