摘要
对某新能源载货车辆车架进行模态分析及刚度分析,结果显示仿真与试验吻合,且刚度满足设计目标要求;对典型纵梁断面车架进行了性能对比分析,得出相关趋势及某些断面存在的问题;对某主机厂主要断面纵梁车架进行性能研究,并推荐了性能优越的方案。
The mode and stiffness analysis of a new energy truck frame was finished. The results show that the simulation agrees with the experiment, and the stiffness of the frame also meets the design requirements. The performance of typical section longitudinal beam frame was compared and analyzed, and the related trends and some problems existing in some sections were obtained. The performance of the longitudinal beam frame of the main section of a main engine factory was studied, and the superior performance scheme was recommended.
