Optimization Design of Side Airbag Wiring Harness for a Certain Vehicle

摘要 以某车型因线束系统设计不良引起的侧气囊回路阻值过高故障为研究对象,从侧气囊回路布置、系统原理、线束原材料等方面进行故障分析,并针对设计不良进行逐一优化改善。经批量装车验证,驾驶位、副驾驶位侧气囊回路平均阻值分别由2.71、2.754Ω降至2.46、2.47Ω。自2016年10月量产切换以来,由侧气囊回路阻值过高引起的售后故障率由1.01%下降至0.03%,同时实现了单台3.9元的成本降低。 A failure of high resistance of side airbag circuit caused by the poor design of wiring harness on a certain vehicle was taken as the research object, the failure was analyzed from the side airbag loop arrangement, system principle and wire harness raw material, and those poor designs were optimized and improved one by one. Optimal design was verified by mass production, average resistances of side airbag circuit of the driving seat and passenger seat was decreased from 2.71, 2.754 Ω to 2.46, 2.47 Ω. Post-sale fault rate caused by high resistance of side airbag circuit was decreased from 1.01% to 0.03% since the switch of mass production in October 2016, and $3.9 of vehicle cost was saved.
