全景天窗设计

摘要 从整车匹配、天窗运行、主要组件(电机、玻璃板和遮阳帘、导风网等)方面介绍全景天窗的设计,并对部件的可制造性、材料选择、关键特性等进行了分析。按照此方法设计的全景天窗已匹配至相关车型,取得了良好的应用效果。 The panorama sunroof design was introduced, referring to vehicle package design, sunroof mechanism operation, main components(electric drive, glass panel & fabric, wind deflector). Meanwhile, the sunroof components manufacturability, material selection, key characteristic were analyzed.The sunroof designed with this method has been already packaged to relative vehicle, and good application result is gained.
