摘要
为提高车身的连接强度、提高连接接头的力学性能,结构胶被广泛应用于白车身制造过程。在钢铝混合FDS连接接头中添加车身用结构胶,将大幅度提高接头的抗剪切力和力学性能。以1.2 mm HC420/DP780、3 mm厚6082系列铝板进行FDS连接实验研究,研究包括单纯结构胶连接、纯FDS连接以及FDS增加结构胶连接3种实验。结果表明:增加车身结构胶能够使抗剪切力提高到纯FDS铆接的3倍左右。
To improve the body structure strength and joint mechanical performance, structure adhesive is popular applied in the BIW manufacturing. Adding structure adhesive to steel and aluminum FDS joint will greatly increase the ability of anti-shear force and mechanical performance. FDS joint experiments were carried out on 1.2 mm HC420/DP780,3 mm 6082 series aluminum plates. The research included three kinds of experiment: only structure adhesive to joint, pure FDS to joint and FDS increasing structural adhesive to joint. The results show that the anti-shearing force can be increased to about 3 times of that of pure FDS riveting by increasing the body structure adhesive.
