摘要
阐述发动机EGR管路沉积物的危害,试验过程中检测CO、碳氢化合物(HC)和NO_x的排放,分析EGR管路沉积物对发动机在不同负荷下排放废气的影响。试验结果表明:EGR管路沉积物对NO_x的生成有很大的促进作用,也能够促进CO的生成;在高速工况下增加HC的排放,但在发动机低速低负荷工况下少量的EGR管路沉积物也能减少HC排放。
The hazards of the engine EGR pipeline sediments were described,the emission of CO, hydrocarbons(HC) and NO_x was detected during the test, and the influence of EGR pipeline sediment on engine exhaust gas emission under different loads was analyzed. The experiments results show that the sediment of EGR pipeline greatly promotes the formation of NO_x and the generation of CO increases. The HC emission is increased at high speed, and little EGR pipeline sediment reduces HC emissions of the engine at low speed and low load conditions.
