Editor’s Introduction

2019年5月9日,中共中央、国务院颁布《关于建立国土空间规划体系并监督实施的若干意见》,明确了国土空间规划体系的基本框架,表明建立国土空间规划体系并监督实施的政府行动正在有条不紊地进行。同时,学界关于国土空间规划体系的研究也如火如荼,本期继续聚焦国土空间规划。

On May 9,2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council promulgated the Opinions on Establishing the Territorial and Spatial Planning System and Related Implementation Supervision,which defined the basic framework of the territorial and spatial planning system.Based on this,the government actions to establish the territorial and spatial planning system and supervise its implementation are being carried out in an orderly manner.At the same time,the academic research on this system is also in full swing.In this issue,we will continue to focus on the theme of territorial and spatial planning.
