基于■分析的背压式机组的性能指标探索

摘要 发展背压式机组是今后热电联产项目的主要趋势,因此急需更准确的经济性指标来评价不同热电联产项目之间的性能差异。基于方法,通过分析案例,提出了耗、总效率、总煤耗率3个指标,并将三者与基于热量法的经济性指标进行对比,结果显示方法能够综合反映汽轮机性能及全厂能量利用水平。这3个指标可以为热电联产项目的优化及横向比较提供参考。 To develop back-pressure steam turbine is the main direction of combined heat and power generation project,and economic indicators with higher accuracy are required to evaluate performance differences among different projects.Based on exergy method and case analysis,exergy rate,total exergy efficiency and total coal consumption rate are proposed.Compared with economic indicators based on heat method,these three indicators can comprehensively reflect the performance of steam turbine and the energy utilization level of the whole power plant.These three indicators can provide reference for optimization of combined heat and power generation project and their horizontal comparison.
