本科生培养过程管理机制的实践与反思

摘要 贯彻落实"以本为本",全面提升本科生培养质量,需要强化过程管理。很多高校都进行了有益的尝试,探索出全程导师、项目参与、过程记录和课程跟踪等主要路径。根据实践观察,科学的过程管理设计必须坚持系统性原则,找准目标和服务对象,要防止过程管理被工具性异化运用,同时还要充分考虑各种硬性制约因素。基于上述分析,提出推进本科生培养过程管理机制建设的建议。 To implement the "undergraduate oriented" and improve the quality of undergraduate education,we need to strengthen process management.Many colleges and universities have made beneficial attempts to explore the main paths of whole-course tutors,project participation,process recording and course tracking.According to the practice observation,the scientific process management design must adhere to the systematic principle,get the target and the service object,prevent the process management from being used by the tool alienation,and give full consideration to all kinds of rigid constraint.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the management mechanism construction of undergraduate education.
