摘要 随着社会的不断进步,经济的快速发展,对人才的要求越来越严格,所以对于教师的专业性要求越发严格。当今社会,教师专业化不仅是我国教育教学科学发展的重要环节,也已经成为国际教育改革的一个重要趋势。校本教研作为教师继续教育的主要形式之一,立足于本校、本职、本岗开展教研,可以有效地促进教师专业化发展。论文根据中职学校实际,探讨加强校本教研,促进农村中职学校教师专业成长的措施。 With the continuous progress of the society,the rapid development of the economy,the demand for talents becomes more and more strict,so the professional requirements for teachers become more and more strict.In today’s society,teacher specialization is not only an important link in the development of education and teaching science in China,but also an important trend of International education reform.As one of the main forms of teachers’ continuing education,school-based teaching and research based on the school,the post,and the post can effectively promote the professional development of teachers.According to the actual situation of secondary vocational schools,this paper discusses measures to strengthen school-based teaching and research and to promote the professional growth of teachers in rural secondary vocational schools.
