On the Reform of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Cultural Diversity

高校思政教学是高校教育中非常重要的组成部分,不仅能够帮助学生们构建正确的价值观,还能够培养学生优秀的思想政治品质。但是在多元化背景下,高校思政教学需要更好地应对挑战,因此文章针对文化多元化背景下高校思政教学改革进行深入探析,基于此提出相应的改革策略供高校思政老师参考。

Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a very important part of college education.It can not only help students build correct values,but also cultivate students’ excellent ideological and political quality.However,under the background of diversification,ideological and political education in colleges and universities needs to better meet the challenges.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of ideological and political education reform in colleges and universities under the background of cultural diversification,and puts forward corresponding reform strategies for the reference of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities.
