协同视域下的农村公共文化服务建设研究——基于鄂东H市的调查

Research on the Construction of Rural Public Cultural Services from the Perspective of Coordination——Based on the Investigation of H City in Eastern Hubei

农村公共文化建设是实现乡村振兴的重要内容,在政府的主导下获得了非常大的发展,基础设施得到完善,服务网络得以构建,公共文化服务能力得到提升,特别是农村文化活动下沉,区域特色比较明显。但是农村公共文化活动建设仍然存在着专业文化人才欠缺、专业技能水平不高等问题。针对这些问题,从"他组织"与"自组织"两个角度探讨农村公共文化服务建设的策略和逻辑。

The construction of rural public culture is an important part of rural revitalization.Under the guidance of the government,it has achieved great development,improved infrastructure,built service network,and improved public cultural service capacity.However,the construction of public cultural activities in rural areas still has the problems of lack of professional cultural talents and low level of professional skills.In view of these problems,this paper discusses the strategies and logic of rural public cultural service construction from the perspectives of "other organization" and "self-organization".
