摘要
以杭州市经济发展的特点和趋势为依托,以本院数字媒体艺术设计专业培养为例,分析了数媒专业现代学徒制试点工作中存在的主要问题。为提高企业参与人才培养和职业教育发展的积极性和主动性,从人才培养模式、师资队伍建设和保障机制等方面进行探索和实践,以提高数媒专业人才培养质量,提升现代学徒制人才培养的有效性和可持续发展。
Based on the characteristics and trends of Hangzhou’s economic development,this paper takes the training of digital media art design in this school as an example,and analyzes the main problems in the pilot program of modern apprenticeship in digital media,in order to improve the participation of enterprises in personnel training and vocational education.The enthusiasm and initiative of development,exploration and practice from the aspects of talent training mode,teacher team construction and guarantee mechanism,in order to improve the quality of training of digital media professionals and enhance the effectiveness and sustainable development of modern apprenticeship training.
