TED演讲视频应用于大学生英语自主学习的研究——以内蒙古农业大学为例

A Study on the Application of TED Speech Video to College Students’ Autonomous English Learning——Taking Inner Mongolia Agricultural University as an Example

在网络信息背景下,传统教学模式正在向新的教学模式转变。大学课堂时间有限、课余时间多的特点突显了大学生拥有自主学习能力的重要性。结合内蒙古农业大学大学英语教学实际,本研究旨在教师的引导下,利用TED演讲视频使大学生从"要我学"转变为"我要学",逐步培养和提高大学生英语自主学习的能力。

Under the network information background,the traditional teaching mode is changing to the new teaching mode.The characteristics of limited classroom time and more extracurricular time highlight the importance of autonomous learning ability of college students.Based on the practice of English teaching in Inner Mongolia Agricultural University,this study aims at using TED speech video to transform college students from "want me to learn" to "I want to learn",so as to gradually cultivate and improve the ability of college students to learn English autonomously.
