分析了军队院校任职教育教学体系面临的一系列新问题,提出从教育理念、课程设置、师资建设和教学条件保障等方面完善任职教育教学体系,推进军队院校任职教育改革。

This paper analyzes a series of new problems faced by the teaching system of post education in military colleges and universities,and puts forward to perfect the teaching system of post education from the aspects of educational concept,curriculum arrangement,teacher construction and guarantee of teaching conditions,and so on.We will push forward the reform of post education in military colleges and universities.
