地方高校“大数据”应用型人才培养研究——以安庆师范大学为例

Research on the Cultivation of “Big Data” Application-oriented Talents in Local Colleges and Universities

在“新工科”教学改革背景下,地方普通本科高校应立足现有条件,“以本为本”,培养从事大数据处理的应用型人才,为地方经济发展服务,填补相关人才需求空缺.针对普通地方高校的人才培养定位和目标、教学体系、师资等方面需要,从师资队伍、实验室、实习实训基地、大学生创新创业能力培养等方面,探索地方高校大数据专业应用型人才培养途径,提升高校大数据科研和人才培养能力,培养适合国家和市场需要的大数据人才.

In the context of the teaching reform of“New Engineering”,local colleges and universities should cultivate application-oriented talents of big data processing by taking into consideration the realistic conditions and taking undergraduate education as the main task,so as to serve the local economic development by offering needed talents.This can be realized by exploring ways of cultivating big data application-oriented talents in colleges and universities,improving abilities of big data scientific research and cultivating big data talents that the country and the market need from the aspect of building teaching staff,laboratory,practice teaching and training base,and cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship ability of the students according to the school’s orientation of talents cultivation,teaching system,teaching force.
