The Influence of Open Community on the Living Environment of Unit Compound——A Case of Chenjiahu Community in Changsha

近年来,"开放社区""街区制"成为热词,似乎是促进城市转型的一剂良方,同时,城市与社区的宜居性越来越成为中国政府与市民共同关注的焦点问题。以此为前提我们不得不思考"街区制改造"会给社区人居环境带来哪些影响,社区的人文、自然环境会有怎样的变化,社区居民的生活品质能否得到相应的改善。在实地考察长沙市开放街区制试点社区--陈家湖社区后,从自然环境、经济环境、人文环境、公共安全四方面出发,探析说明开放街区改造对社区人居环境的影响。

In recent years, "open communities" and "block system" have become hot words, which seems to be a good way to promote urban transformation. At the same time, the livability of cities and communities has increasingly become the focus of the Chinese government and the citizens. Based on this premise, we have to think about the impact of the "block system reform"on the living environment of the community. What changes will be brought to the humanities and the natural environment of the community? Will the quality of life of the community residents be improved accordingly? The author investigates Chenjiahu community, a pilot community in Changsha open block system, from four aspects of natural environment, economic environment, human environment and public safety, and analyzes the impact of open block renovation on the community’s living environment.
