Preliminary Analysis on Site Selection Planning of Brewing Characteristic Town in Taiyuan

东湖老陈醋、太原酒厂等五家中华老字号企业受现状老城区建设条件的限制,发展遇到瓶颈。太原市政府拟选址,整合老字号企业,打造中华老字号产业集群特色小镇。本文通过酿造小镇选址要求分析、行业准入性分析、生态适宜性分析,研究确定选址方案的合理性。

Five old Chinese enterprises, such as Donghu vinegar and Taiyuan winery, were limited by the construction conditions of the old city and encountered bottlenecks in their development. Taiyuan municipal government plans to select a site to integrate time-honored enterprises to create characteristic towns of Chinese time-honored industrial clusters. This paper analyzes the site selection requirements of the brewing town, the industry accessibility and the ecological suitability to determine the rationality of the site selection plan.
