摘要
随着BIM技术的不断发展,其在建筑业的应用范围也越来越广,本文将从设计阶段、构件生产阶段、施工阶段、装修阶段和运维管理阶段几个方面,分析BIM技术在装配式建筑中的应用。结合山西某实际工程,介绍BIM技术在装配式建筑应用中所产生的实际效益。BIM技术与装配式建筑两者有效结合,充分体现建筑业工业化和信息化的深度融合。
With the continuous development of BIM technology, its application in the construction industry is more and more extensive. This paper will analyze the application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings from the aspects of design stage, component production stage, construction stage, decoration stage and operation and maintenance management stage. Combining with a practical project in Shanxi, the practical benefits of BIM technology in the application of prefabricated buildings are introduced. The effective combination of BIM technology and fabricated buildings fully reflects the deep integration of industrialization and informationization in the construction industry.
