西南某高校教职工5种主要眼病的性别比较

Analysis on gender comparison of 5 major eye diseases among faculty members in a university in southwest China

目的探讨高校教工人群中5类主要眼病的发病特点,为干预治疗及健康教育、预防提供针对性策略。方法某高校医院2018年3月1日至8月1日对2654名教职工进行全面眼健康检查。结果白内障患病率为25.24%,女性27.11%、男性23.57%(P<0.05);核性白内障占22.69%,皮质型占77.31%,两者成熟期的分别占44.08%、15.44%(P<0.05)。青光眼患病率为3.96%,男性5.16%、女性2.62%(P<0.01)。黄斑前膜与视网膜前膜合计患病率为4.03%,男性3.94%、女性4.13%(P>0.05)。高度近视性眼底病变7.39%,男性6.87%、女性7.87%(P>0.05)。黄斑变性2.75%,男性2.94%、女性2.54%(P>0.05)。结论高校教工眼病患病率较高,并且有低龄化趋势。

Objective To explore the characteristics of 5 eye diseases among college staff,so as to provide targeted strategies for intervention treatment,health education and prevention of eye diseases.Methods A college hospital conducted a comprehensive eye health examination on 2654 faculty members in 2018.Results The prevalence of cataract was 25.24%,it was 23.57% and 27.11% in male and female respectively(P<0.05);among them,nuclear cataract and cortical cataract accounted for 22.69% and 77.31%respectively,the maturity of the 2 species of cataract accounted for 44.08% and 15.44% respectively(P<0.05).The prevalence of glaucoma was 3.96%,it was 5.16%and 2.62%in male and female respectively(P<0.01).The prevalence of the macular and epiretinal membranes was 4.03%,in male and female it was 3.94%and 4.13% respectively(P>0.05).The prevalence of high myopia fundus lesion was 7.39%,in male and female it was 6.87% and 7.87% respectively(P>0.05).The prevalence of the macula denaturation was 2.75%,in male and female it was 2.94% and 2.54%respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of eye diseases is high among the college staff,and tends to be younger.
