2018年德州市德城区男性长途卡车司机艾滋病防治相关信息定性研究

Qualitative study on AIDS related information among male longdistance truck drivers,Decheng district,Dezhou city,2018

目的了解德州市男性长途卡车(长卡)司机的基本情况、艾滋病知识、高危行为及健康需求,探索符合这一人群特征的艾滋病综合防治常态模式。方法2018年5~6月对德州市永兴物流园内的男性长途卡车司机进行面对面个人深入访谈,依据调查目的设计访谈提纲,以信息饱和为终止标准,分析艾滋病知识及相关行为特征及艾滋病宣传检测方面的相关需求。结果共访谈研究对象42人,年龄为26~45(37.93±4.97)岁;文化程度以初中及以下为主(23人、占54.76%),艾滋病知识总知晓率66.67%(28人),57.14%(24人)在运输途中存在艾滋病相关高危行为,88.09%(37人)未接受过来自由各级疾控机构提供的健康知识宣教,76.19%(32人)接受调查者希望获得艾滋病性病方面的宣传及相关咨询。结论长卡司机人群发生艾滋病相关高危行为可能性大,艾滋病防治知识知晓率低。

Objective To understand the basic information,awareness of AIDS knowledge and high risk behaviors and health needs among long-distance truck drivers in Dezhou city,so as to explore a normal mode of comprehensive AIDS prevention and control that conforms to the characteristics of this population.Methods From May to June 2018,a face-to-face personal in-depth interview was conducted with male long-distance truck drivers in Yongxing logistics park,Dezhou city.According to the purpose of the investigation,the interview outline was designed,with information saturation as the termination criterion,the AIDS knowledge and related behavioral characteristics and related needs of AIDS publicity and testing were analyzed.Results A total of 42 subjects were interviewed,ranging from 26 to 45 years old(37.93±4.97 years old);the education level was mainly junior high school(23 cases,54.76%).The correct answer rate of basic AIDS knowledge was 66.67%(28 cases),and 57.14%(24 cases)of them had AIDS-related high-risk behaviors during transportation,88.09%(37 cases)did not receive health education provided by disease control institutions at all levels,while 76.19%(32 cases)wanted to receive AIDS and STD publicity and related counseling.Conclusion The long-distance truck drivers are more likely to have AIDS-related high-risk behaviors,and the awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge is low.
