2014~2018年济宁市食源性疾病事件流行病学特征分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的了解济宁市食源性疾病事件流行病学特征,为制定食源性疾病事件防控措施提供科学依据。方法收集食源性疾病事件系统中济宁市2014~2018年上报的169起食源性疾病事件信息,并进行统计学分析。结果2014~2018年济宁市共报告食源性疾病事件169起,发病949例,死亡6例;第3季度高发,占总体事件起数53.26%;发生场所以家庭为主(P<0.01),占报告起数的46.15%;主要的原因食品是肉及肉制品,占总体事件起数的22.49%;主要致病因素是细菌类的,以蜡样芽胞杆菌为主(占细菌类事件的35.71%);其次是化学性的,以亚硝酸盐为主(占化学类事件的56.25%)。毒蘑菇和农药污染是主要的致死原因。结论2014~2018年济宁市食源性疾病事件呈逐年上升趋势。 Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of foodborne disease outbreaks in Jining city,so as to provide the basis for developing control and prevention measures.Methods The data of 169 foodborne disease outbreaks in Jining city during 2014-2018 was collected from the Foodborne Disease Surveillance System and statistical analyzed.Results During 2014-2018,a total of 169 foodborne disease outbreaks were reported in Jining city,including 949 cases and 6 deaths.The outbreaks peaked in the 3 rd quarter(53.26%);family was the main place of occurrence(P<0.01),accounting for 46.15%;the main cause of food was meat and meat products,accounting for 22.49%.The most common cause of food poisoning was bacterium,and bacillus cereus(35.71%)was the main pathogenic factor;followed by chemical,and nitrite(56.25%)was the main pathogenic factor.Deaths were mainly caused by poisonous mushrooms and agricultural chemical pollution.Conclusion The number of foodborne disease shows on increase trend year by year in Jining city duning 2014-2018.
