摘要
在分析了国内医疗单位药房现状及对现有的自动化药房进行研究的基础上,提出了一种新型自动化药房存取药品机械手。通过改进机械结构提高对药品处理效率的同时,增设位移补偿装置,可自动实现机械手与储药架间空隙的自动补偿,以提高取药过程的稳定性。介绍了该机械手的工作原理及各组成部件的结构和功能,对各执行机构控制系统硬件及软件进行了设计。新型自动化药房存取药品机械手的设计及应用提高了医院药房的工作效率和药品调配的自动化水平。
Based on the analysis of the status of domestic medical unit pharmacies and the existing automated pharmacy research,a new type of drug accessing manipulators in automated pharmacies is proposed.By improving the mechanical structure to improve the efficiency of drug treatment,the displacement compensation device is added to automatically realize the automatic compensation of the gap between the robot and the storage rack to improve the stability of the taking process.The working principle of the manipulator and the structure and function of each component are introduced.The hardware and software of each actuator control system are designed.The design and application of new automated pharmacy access drug manipulators have improved the efficiency of hospital pharmacies and the automation level of drug deployment.
