履带式绿篱机刀具架结构设计与有限元分析

摘要 刀具架是履带式绿篱机的重要组成部分,为克服传统刀具架在调节刀具高度时无法保证修剪质量的缺点,设计一种新型刀具架结构,以实现刀具高度调节的同时保证修剪质量。运用MATLAB完成了刀具架结构的受力分析与计算,依据计算结果设计刀具架结构,在SolidWorks建模软件中完成刀具架建模。最后运用ANSYS Workbench对刀具架装配体进行有限元分析,完成对刀具架结构强度和刚度的校核。结果表明刀具架结构设计合理,满足实际应用要求。 The tool holder is an important part of the crawler-type hedge trimmer.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional tool holder that cannot guarantee the trim quality when adjusting the tool height,it is necessary to design a new tool holder structure to achieve the tool height adjustment and ensure the trim quality.This paper uses MATLAB to complete the force analysis and calculation of the tool holder structure.The tool holder structure is designed according to the calculation result,and the tool holder modeling is built using SolidWorks software.Finally,the ANSYS Workbench is used to perform finite element analysis on the tool holder assembly to complete the check of the strength and rigidity of the tool holder structure.The results show that the structure of the tool holder is reasonable and meets the requirements of practical applications.
