基于Workbench的离心式叶轮有限元分析

摘要 离心式叶轮压缩机叶轮的工作性能直接影响压缩机的工作效率。叶轮结构的强度分析是其结构设计中的重要一环。采用有限元法分析了采用过盈方式连接的离心式叶轮在工作状态下的应力和变形情况,结果表明:最小过盈量为0.22 mm,此时叶轮可传递的功率为4736 kW,安全系数为2.0,满足设计要求;当过盈量为0.24 mm,转速为11400 r/min时,叶轮的最大等效应力为727.61 MPa,小于材料屈服强度,满足使用条件。 The working performance of impeller in centrifugal impeller compressor directly affects the working efficiency of compressor.Strength analysis of impeller structure is an important part of its structural design.This paper analyzes the stress and deformation of centrifugal impeller connected by interference mode using finite element method.The results show that the minimum interference is 0.22 mm,the power transmitted by the impeller is 4736 kW and the safety factor is 2.0,which meets the design requirements.When the interference is 0.24 mm and the speed is 11400 r/min,the maximum equivalent stress of the impeller is 727.61 MPa,which is less than the yield strength of the material and meets the application conditions.
