水工门式起重机结构有限元特性分析

摘要 通过对水工门式起重机进行有限元分析,全面掌握起重机整体应力应变分布状况,为其结构载荷谱实验和疲劳寿命预测提供数据支持。首先,通过现场勘测对象并结合所给实体设计图样利用三维建模软件Pro/E对实体建模。将所建实体模型导入到有限元分析软件ANSYS当中进行仿真分析,得到整体应力应变分布状态并确定应力集中的具体位置,为后续现场做实验布置测点奠定坚实的理论基础。 Through the finite element analysis of hydraulic gantry cranes,the overall stress and strain distribution of the crane is fully grasped,which provides data support for its structural load spectrum experiment and fatigue life prediction.First,the entity is modeled by the 3D modeling software Pro/E by site surveying the object and combining the given entity design pattern.The built solid model is imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS for simulation analysis,and the overall stress-strain distribution state is obtained and the specific location of the stress concentration is determined,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the test point arrangement on the subsequent site.
