摘要
采用预置式涂层法,在45钢表面用Co基合金粉末和WC合金粉末干燥后进行多层熔覆试验,通过用不同参数进行加工,找出最优加工参数。在试验过程中发现激光加工高度20 mm左右的情况时,在不同参数下也能产生不错的加工效果。
This paper uses the presetting type coating method to perform multi-layer cladding test on the surface of 45 steel with Co-based alloy powder and WC alloy powder after drying.Different parameters are used for processing to find the optimum processing parameters.When the laser height is about 20 mm during the test,good processing results can be produced under different parameters.
